Reasonable tempo with Giant Step probably leading but a few others should keep him honest. GIANT STEP (10) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 5 lengths over 1400m at this track. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Jumps from a wide draw but he can go on with it. GLOBAL MENI (8) registered a strong win at this track two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when prominent at the bend before finishing third over 1400m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. NARAOLA (6) was a determined winner last time at this track, scoring by half a length over this distance. Down in the weights this time so he is capable of another strong effort. ANYANG CHEONDUNG (1) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 1300m at this track. Will drift back but wind up late. A big run is expected.
