Without a great deal of early pace evident Equine Philosopher may lead the way over Extra Elusive. OCEANS OF STANIMA (4) disappointed as a short-priced favourite at Towong but the two threatening efforts at Wagga prior over this trip read well. Maps for a soft run and has a handy 2kg claim. TREASURED CROWN (1) resumed in a 78 at Sandown and needed the run. The former WA galloper will relish the step-up in distance and he'd be right in it finding his best. EQUINE PHILOSOPHER (3) resumes and the fresh record is okay. Has a handy 2kg claim and is capable on his day. The betting will tell the story.
