BRUDENELL (3) is racing in great form, winning the Bel Esprit at Caulfield last time out over this trip. He was also very good in the G1 Oakleigh Plate prior and from barrier 1, he'll land in the first few. RECOMMENDATION (5) was rock-solid in the Oakleigh Plate having run Veight to a long neck prior in the G2 Australia Stakes. Better suited back out to 1200m and the middle draw gives John Allen options. SAVANNAH CLOUD (9) has come back well and while a little niggle back to 1200m, she rates well and has to be respected. SUGGESTED PLAY: Brudenell to win.
