Sure to take some stopping again. RES NOVAE (9) has been racing well and is poised to break through after four minor placings in a row, the latest when third over 1300m at this track. Has a good association with Naomi Hama with a run of four top-three results. One of the contenders. FUKUNO YAMABOSHI (6) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1300m at this track, beaten 8 lengths into seventh. No surprise to see him in the mix.
