The pace looks a tad tenuous in this and a couple of the better filly chances are drawn wide and settle back so will need a strong clip to unleash properly. The fact that HARBOURSIDE is a form runner and can race close plus will cope whatever footing is produced makes him the logical winner. Clockwise a slight issue as he flopped in only run this way but is stronger now. Overdue to salute. SOUTHERN QUEEN is drawn wide but being a run on type it does not alter her racing pattern. Win chance if the race is run solidly but that seems unlikely so may need to be ridden proactively. She is a massive class dropper from last start when not disgraced at G3 against her own age and sex. AMBITIOUS SHOWGIRL also has a wide draw. She is racing too well to leave out of the quinella and trifecta. DANCE CARD was an eyecatching fourth at her only course run. Include. ORATIA has a best draw of her career so far. Can pay a first dividend today. MARBUZET is a place and first four chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: The straight quinella of Harbourside and Southern Queen looks a good play. Box the trifecta with that pair and Ambitious Showgirl.
