The speedy trio Lavender Jade, Hiten and Spinach Viper can establish a strong tempo despite the small field. EMMELINA (4) was an impressive winner last time over 1400m at this track, stalking the pace before lengthening nicely to score by 2 lengths. Sure to measure up again. LAVENDER JADE (7) scored by 3 lengths over 1400m at this track when resuming from a spell last start. Yet to miss the placings from three starts at this circuit. Has a high cruising speed. Will prove tough to beat. SPINACH VIPER (3) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 6 lengths when sixth in a 1600m contest at this track five weeks ago after being in contention on the corner. Ryuji Tatsushiro gets the best out of this three-year-old filly. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within her grasp. AINO CHANTILLY (2) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 4.5 lengths into fourth over 1400m at Urawa. No surprise to see her in the frame.
