Genuine pace with Ecoro Grazie finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. DIAMANTE BLU (3) produced a good run two starts back to finish third but failed to live up to market expectations last time when out of the placings at this track over the same trip. Nicely placed to make amends. COSMO COLTRANE (7) was in the firing line on the corner and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1500m at this track. Best figures measure up. KURINO SLUGGER (5) has been in the placings his past two starts, finishing third over 920m at this track last time out. Has a win and three minor placings at this journey from five starts and is expected to be competitive. ECORO GRAZIE (8) improved last start but found a couple better over 1500m at this track. Can play a big role.
