Solid tempo with several going forward headed by Capital Rock. DAKOTA ELEGANCE (2) nine start maiden with her hoof on the till. Backs-up quickly after being run down late when third at Cranbourne over 1000m on May 10. Danny Beasley takes the ride and finds a suitable race to shed her maiden status. CAPITAL ROCK (1) improved performance at start two when a plugging fifth at Ballarat over 1000m on April 3. Kept fresh and trained on the track. MISS GABBIANO (7) five-start filly having her first run for the Craig Widdison yard. Had mixed fortunes last time in and since fitted with a solid trial placing over 1000m at Wagga on April 21. Stable have tinkered with the gear and expected to sprint well fresh. IMPENDING LOVE (5) resumes. Worth noting she filled a minor placing first-up last prep at Corowa over 1000m. Has solid claims.
