RACING PASSION 1200M HANDICAP 1200m Track: GOOD
Expecting Sakewin to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint course. The exposed form isn't anything to write home about, so happy to side with the debutants on top. THE WINNABE (7) has impressed at the trials, running around horses much better than this grade and doing so easily. Bowman has been on board for his last 3 outings and sticks with the gelding today. Nicely drawn and can make a winning start to his career. SUPER INFINITY (5) is also on debut, with Purton sticking with the Newnham-trained galloper after being on board for all three trials coming into this. The wide draw may be a niggle, though he does looks to have good ability. Can make a statement. HAPPY FOR ALL (10) has been running on strongly his past couple and draws a better gate this time around. He is likely to get back again, but if he can run up to recent performances he won't be far away. TAIHANG SCENERY (6) can improve getting out to this trip after trialling well heading into his debut.
