Not a great deal of early pace evident. SKYHAWK (4) resumes today from a lengthy break after showing ability on the provincial circuit last time in. Since fitted with two searching trials and looks ready to go from the good draw. SMART LILY (10) is a three-start maiden trained on the track. Showed good early dash before tiring late when fifth over 1305m at Tuncurry on April 18. Back in trip for this and looks well in with the claim. GIVE IT A NUDGE (7) ten-start maiden on the quick back-up after disappointing when fifth over 1262m here on April 28. Worth another chance in this easier contest. CLASS REVOLUTION (1) surprised at big odds on resumption when a close-up sixth over 1106m at Grafton on April 14. Fitter now and can sneak into the minor money. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 4,10,7,1.
