Arabian Riches should lead at a keen tempo. GOLDEN FIGHTER (5) has been racing well at Ascot in his last 3 starts which included a win and before that, he won on this track by a short-head. He looks very well placed back on this deck with only 55.5 kilos to carry and he has also not missed a cheque in 5 runs over the trip. Hard to beat from a very good draw. DEFENDING (2) had been racing his way back to full fitness and put it all together when winning here by a nose last time out 10 days ago. He drops back 100 metres but can still have the last say. Go again. BOMBAY STYLE (1) got too far back in the running of a wide gate last start and it is an effort that is best overlooked. He can settle a lot closer to the speed early on here from a superior gate and with 7 wins already on his home track, he has to be respected. Each-way value. ARABIAN RICHES (3) is a tough local veteran who almost exclusively races on this track. He has been thereabouts lately and can never be ruled out of a first four placing. Include in all multiples. SUGGESTED PLAY: Golden Fighter to win.
