SILKY JET (1) resumed from a spell last start and should have finished closer to the winner over 1450m on the Turffontein Inside course as she received a check leaving the start. Has winning claims. CEUTA (10) produced a fair debut effort over this distance at Turffontein last start, finishing third of seven. She would have come on from the run and should make the natural improvement needed. CITY LIGHTS (2) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1450m at Turffontein Inside. Likely improver who looks sure to play a big role. SCARLET (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track. Can place in this suitable race.
