Solid tempo with Compiegne to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. D'ARGENTO (9) went forward last start over 2000m at this track and held on well for second, beaten 0.8 lengths. In a suitable race and can go on to take this out. SILVER SADDLE (7) showed early speed from an outside draw last time to lead throughout and score by half a length over 2000m at Urawa. Will prove very tough to beat. AL AMAL (4) is a 13-start maiden who is knocking on the door, the latest effort a solid fourth at this track over 1500m after she came from well back on the corner. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is capable of a big performance. ROUGE MABELLE (11) finished ninth when resuming from a spell for a new stable and tackling a dirt track for the first time at this track over 1400m last start. Better for the first outing on this surface and is a definite each-way hope.
