GOING: H(8)

GOULBURN PRODUCE CLASS 1 HANDICAP 900m

Track: HEAVY 8   Rain (Max: 13)   Rail: True. (Pent: 5.8).

Keysborough may be the one to lead. Metro-trained KEYSBOROUGH (1) showed plenty last preparation and has come back to racing further improved. Beat the Wyong Maidens easily second-up ($3 favourite) and will keep improving. A heavy track is a query but he stays in the race and is suited in a country CL1. MOUNTAIN CHATTER (4) impressed winning at Canberra on debut on a slow surface. He also ran a $3 favourite and with the extra fitness is a love chance. MOUNT WARNING (2) resumes and would win this displaying her form early doors when trained in Sydney. She's trialled well at Kembla Grange and has to be kept safe. YOU WISH (6) just missed here on the slow building on her debut win but was disappointing at Wagga following. Peaks now and Collett replaces the apprentice. She has been kept on the fresh side and a much better effort is anticipated. ULTRAGIRL (8) resumes and goes into the exotics at a big price. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Keysborough.
