No noted leader so it looks a very modest tempo. TAISEI SUCCEED (4) missed the frame last start over 1300m at this track when sixth. Well placed in this and is ready to find winning form. BOUNCELIGHT (11) hasn't featured at his last two runs, the latest when tenth at Chukyo. Forgive the last couple in tougher assignments. Can feature here. FIXED STAR (7) is a four-start maiden who returned last time and finished ninth at Kokura over 1200m. Will take a lot from that hitout and looks a strong chance to break through in this suitable race. LOVE SHOCK (9) last appeared when she finished seventh over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt on January 6. Now under the care of new trainer Isao Sugawara and should be primed for this.
