Would not be surprised to see RUBY RED HEART take up the lead in this field. A good run down the back straight from this start so no advantage to be drawn close. RUBY RED HEART should bounce straight to the lead and looks hard to catch in the first test of the season over this trip for the juveniles. Led all the way to score impressively over 1200m here on debut recently as warm favourite. No reason she won't go on with the job here. LADY LARK looks a huge threat. Took ground off the top pick in the run to the line last start, beaten only 0.8L when the judge called a halt. Gets a 3.5kgs weight swing today and the extra trip would seem to be in her favour. Not much between the top two. STARENA ran on stoutly to score over 1200m at this track last start. Form prior to that was a bit patchy but looks to be putting it all together now. ILOVEVEGAS wasn't beaten narrowly over 1300m at Sunshine Coast last start so has proved his credentials beyond six furlongs. SUGGESTED PLAY: Play quinella's around Ruby Red Heart and Lady Lark.
