Solid tempo with Nitro Journey leading from Sky Peace and A Shin Policy. SKY PEACE (2) scored back-to-back wins then started favourite last time but went under narrowly over 1400m at Morioka Dirt. Will appreciate the extra ground. Draws well and can return to the winners' list. VIGOUREUSEMENT (4) has put together back-to-back placings after scoring three back at Morioka Dirt, most recently beaten 2 lengths into third over 1400m at Morioka Dirt when he was prominent throughout. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. NITRO JOURNEY (11) was prominent from the outset and fought on for second last start over 1600m at Morioka Dirt, making it two minor placings in a row. Expected to cross from wide out. Contender. TAIKI MONSTRE (1) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten 1.3 lengths, over 1600m at Morioka Dirt. Sure to run boldly again.
