UNICORN WHALE (3) is in strong form having strung together a couple of wins at this circuit and distance, the latest when he came from this barrier and scored by a head. Suitably placed so could land the hat trick. DAIMEI EASTER (8) ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only a head over 1000m at this track. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. BLACKMORE (9) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fighting on to finish fourth, beaten 0.7 lengths, over 1000m at this track. Can give backers a sight. RIC COOKIE (7) was midfield last start but racing well prior. Capable of playing a role.
