Solid pace with Raipachi finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. MIND BLOWN (2) broke through for a win last start when second up from a spell, scoring by a nose over 1500m at this track. Strips fitter so he is sure to feature in the finish. MANDARIN ORANGE (8) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 1500m at this track four months ago. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Leading contender. STRONGEST (5) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 7 lengths away in fifth over 2000m at this track. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. SHIMME LOIN (3) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but disappointed last time when out of the placings at Funabashi over 1800m after he was in the firing line on the turn. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways.
