SHIMOGURI (9) is back from a spell of 11 weeks and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 1200m at this track. Also ended the last preparation with a win so is capable. Will be tough to beat. TOKUSHI ODIN (12) was well in commission when resuming last start over 1200m at this track when third. Fitter and suited up to a distance where he is two from two. Expected to be in the finish. NADENADE (13) made progress last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1200m at this track after being prominent at the bend. Could find winning ways. RHAPSODY IN BLUE (8) returns from a layoff of four months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1400m at this track. Among the hopes.
