Plenty of pace from English Primrose, Lady Is A Champ and Qondanekukhanyeni vying for the lead, with a few others keeping them honest. AZALEAS FOR ALL (4) moved up well over 1600m last time, before getting outrun late. She has won once and finished third once from five starts over this distance. Gavin Lerena steps back into the saddle and she should fight out the finish. RANI TARABAI (7) was given a gun ride when winning her last start over 1800m on the turf. She should enjoy the rise to 2000m. The daughter of Rafeef takes on stronger rivals but she has plenty of scope and should be well up to the task at hand. QONDANEKUKHANYENI (9) moved up well over 1600m last time, but cost herself by hanging inwards over the final 150m. She is likely to race on the speed from her awkward draw of nine and may be hard to peg back. GRAND OCCASION (1) takes a slight drop in class and from pole position, she would not be a shock winner.
