GOING:

EDDIE EVISON MEMORIAL WARRAGUL TROTTERS CUP 2627m

Track: GOOD

PINNIE (8) finished third at Melton two runs ago, then settled back and failed to figure at her latest appearance there over 2240m. Certainly cannot be faulted after that last effort. Good enough to win a race of this calibre. ROYAL CHARLOTTE (2) finished seventh last start over 1720m at Melton, beaten 30 metres, after a good second at Bendigo the run prior. Must raise the bar, but she has the ability to test this field. ALLWATFUNJINGLES (1) comes right into contention after scoring last start by a head at Kilmore over 2180m. SOVEREIGN TIGER (6) is in the mix if he can recapture the form from two starts back that saw him finish second over 1609m at Cranbourne.
