MAGICIAN GIRL (14) led all the way to score as favourite on debut over 1200m at this track eight months ago and has not raced since. Promising type who can go through her grades. DANDY KING (2) looks to kick off this prep the way he ended the last six-and-a-half months ago when he scored over 1200m at this track. Has plenty of upside so should measure up. WHETSTONE (3) resumes in a similar race to her only run last prep five months ago when she scored by 0.8 lengths. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. BEL BALT (4) bounced straight into a handy position from the inside draw before finishing fifth last time out. Solid prospects.
