Moderate tempo headed by Prince Of Bondi. TRUE BLUE BONDI (5) ran on well from back in the pack to finish 0.6L off the winner as favourite on debut. He's likely to be back in the run once again from out wide, but the rise in trip should suit and Pike sticking is a big tick. Can build on the fresh run and can go one better. KERMELIA (8) bumped into a smart one here last time out when 3.2L behind after settling a long way back in the run. The better draw today is a big tick and she can sit closer under Brad Parnham. At her peak now and she can make her presence felt. GINGER AND TONIC (10) just missed at Ascot last week and steps up to 1500m again today where he's placed 3/3. She maps to get her chance and she'll be right in the finish if she can hold her form. DRILLING RIG (4) looks ready for the step up in distance today and he won't be far away. INVINCIBLE THIEF (12) is racing in good order and can be in the finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: True Blue Bondi goes on top.
