Just Glamourous has good gate speed and can overcome the wide alley to lead. The Waterhouse/Bott mare JUST GLAMOUROUS (13) races in Victoria for the first time on the back of some solid recent form. Led and gave plenty but was overhauled by Art Volant over 1400m at Warwick Farm last start. Flew in a recent trial at The Heath. Will roll along and give them something to catch. BON MISTRESS (1) has been contesting stakes races of late, the best recent offering a 3.3 length defeat in the Group 3 Matron over this distance at Flemington two back. A massive price in early markets so she looks a good value play back in an $80k race. SUBRISING (9) gave away a big start and was never in the picture over the mile at Sandown last start. Mixes her form but is very fit and might surprise. EUPHEMIA (3) has five wins and three minors from eleven tries at this trip. Defeated the mares carrying 60kgs two back over this distance at Moonee Valley. Cannot be left out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen to be with Just Glamourous, with a saver on Bon Mistress.
