Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Wild Sensation. WILD SENSATION (4) is fresh from a thirty-nine-day let-up. Led all the way to win his maiden over this trip at Canberra two runs ago. Trialled in good style at Kembla on 4 June. Looks to be in good shape following that reset and he has the figures to win a race like this. TAYTAY BAY (1) warmed to the task late and wasn't far off the placings when resuming over this distance at Goulburn last start. Draws a far better gate today and with a decent tempo anticipated he should prove tough to hold out in the closing stages. KICKAMUSHU (7) is racing well without winning. Flew late to get up for second over this trip at the Sapphire Coast most recently. One to watch for late in the piece. RANGATIRA (3) has done little in two runs this prep. Gets out to a more suitable trip now so watch for a much better run. TEARS FOR FEARS (6) hasn't won in ages but the addition of blinkers for the first time could be significant. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Wild Sensation.
