Genuine tempo from Oso Spirited leading Arduous. INVISIBLE MAGIC (7) keeps improving and comes here hard fit with Roper's 2kg claim. Ran on late with the 57kg when second to Blue Willow over 1400m at Newcastle. Firmer surface will help her prospects. VETWELVE (4) a win looks imminent third up after gripping on late to secure fourth over 1300m at Kembla Grange. Proven at the trip and will take holding out with Rawiller back aboard. OSO SPIRITED (8) former Kiwi trained filly now in the Waterhouse & Bott yard. Resumes today after finishing fifth in the G3 Barneswood Farm Stakes at Ashburton last October. Given the two trials leading into this and sure to be thereabouts. PROVISEUR (2) failed to get through the heavy (9) going at his second run back when dropping out to finish last over 1250m at Canterbury. Will appreciate the firmer surface with Nock's 2kg claim. Blinkers go on and not to be underestimated. SUGGESTED PLAY: Invisible Magic gets her chance.
