Strong pace from It's Andrea and Blau Horizon matching motors with Pulidora close at hand. BLAU HORIZON (8) did a good job last start to finish second at this track over 900m, beaten 1.5 lengths. Cherry-ripe now. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and a placing from three starts. Leading contender. IT'S ANDREA (2) comes here off a break of 11 months. Scored over 1200m at Funabashi to launch the last campaign. Now under the care of new trainer Katsuyoshi Uchida. Should be hard to stop. PULIDORA (5) strode forward early from her wide draw over 900m at this track last time, leading for much of the way before being claimed in the straight to finish third, beaten 3.5 lengths. Will push forward and is among the chances. JUNIPER DANCE (1) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a spell then again missed the frame last start over 800m at Urawa, beaten 5 lengths into seventh. Finds a nice race and can atone.
