TAISEI ARTHUR (1) turned in a strong run when resuming over this course and distance last time, settling well back then unleashing in the straight to get up for second. A repeat of the latest effort will see him in the finish again. WIN MY ROUTE (7) returns from a layoff of 12 weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 2600m at this track. Has ability and should be right in the finish. OCEANS YORI (4) is back at the races for the first time since July 16 2022. Scored over 2400m at Tokyo at the start of last prep. Looks a strong top-three prospect. MOLTO VELOCE (8) has not won for a long while. Last raced on April 7 when beaten 8 lengths into sixth at this track over 2600m. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he cannot be underestimated.
