Plenty of early pressure from Rossore Finale, Deception Pass and Battleofbarberton battling for the lead over Callaburn. DECEPTION PASS (2) is lightly raced with good form lines to his name. He raced from a handy position last time out and rallied late to finish second. He is having his peak run today and he will be cherry-ripe. He can go one better. ROSSORE FINALE (1) may not have seen out the 2000m last time. It must be noted that multiple horses from that form line have come out and won since. He finished second in his previous two efforts over this distance he can bounce straight back into form. SAKURAJIMA (10) has produced two decent efforts to date. If Kabelo Matsunyane can switch him off early, he should go close to winning. MASTER FORESTER (9) finished fifth in the same race as the third pick last time out. He did not help himself by making a slow start and will be better for the run as well. Stick with him for all combination wagers.
