Meisho Lanakila to take charge ahead of Wild Brise at a solid tempo. J PALMS (7) is a promising type who scored at his only run last prep five-and-a-half months ago over 1800m at this track. Is yet to beaten first up from two starts. Has a very good record here with two wins from four starts. Among the leading chances. LUX BIG STAR (8) was safely held when fifth last time out over 2000m at Hanshin, beaten 6 lengths. That followed a win at Hanshin at the previous outing. The engagement of Mirai Iwata is noteworthy. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves plenty of thought. COSMO SHANGRI LA (10) is back from a spell of nine weeks and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 1800m at this track. Makes plenty of appeal. WILD BRISE (4) resumes in a similar race to her only run last prep back on February 17 when fifth, beaten 4 lengths. Drawn to stalk the leaders. One of the better hopes.
