He should have finished closer to the winner last time as he was cramped for galloping room in the closing stages. Richard Fourie is booked to ride and he may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most. WYLIE JACK (6) finished fourth and not far behind the top pick last time out. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and he may have to settle for the same result. WHY NOT JACKIE (10) was an easy winner of her last start over 1200m on this course. She rises in weight but is in a good space and should be hard to beat again. WHISKEY BRAVO (8) finished third in the same race behind the third pick last time out. He is better off at the weights this time and now that his confidence has returned, he can figure in the finish again.
