Plenty of early pace on show, particularly from Pinstripe, Every Cloud and Vihaan's Bomb. EVERY CLOUD (2) was outrun late when finishing second of 12 over 1950m at Scottsville last time. S'manga Khumalo retains the ride from barrier two and the pair merit healthy respect. VIHAAN'S BOMB (3) was an easy winner when shedding his maiden tag over this course and distance when sent out as the favourite last time. He takes on stronger rivals but he has plenty of scope and should be well up to the task at hand. ROCK FALL (4) resumes from a spell after having won his last start by a neck over 2600m. Should be ready to fire fresh-up. PASCALI (7) missed the frame last time when fifth at this track. Prior to that had been in the money on three consecutive occasions. Likely to push forward and race up on the pace. Include in exotic bets.
