Frosted Rose, T's Energy and Amico Idol to battle for the early lead at a slick tempo. AMICO IDOL (13) did a great job to score by 3 lengths over this course and distance when resuming from a layoff last start. Finds another suitable race and can go on with the job. FROSTED ROSE (4) was resuming from a spell of five months last start when a solid second over this course and distance. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Leading contender. POWER KINGDOM (5) missed the placings first up recently but was not too far from the winner when sixth over 1200m at this track. Has never been out of the placings at this stage of the prep. He strips fitter and is a solid top-three chance. ASIA JENNIFER (11) proved too strong two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when fourth over 1400m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. The drop back to 1200 metres will do her no harm and she can make an immediate return to the winners; circle in this.
