PASTORALE (4) has been in the money five times including last start on March 23 when second over 1600m at Nakayama. Yet to miss the top-three in two runs at this course. Ideally placed to open his account. MOZU MASANYAN (6) closed last prep ten weeks ago when he finished third over 1400m at this track. Likely to feature. BRIGHTIA DIA (11) has not raced since her debut back on January 8 when she finished sixth over 1600m at Nakayama. Can improve sharply. SAXOFINA (15) was in contention on the corner and finished third last start over 1200m at Chukyo, beaten 4.5 lengths. Will be rock-hard fit. Nicely placed to fill a top-three spot again.
