They will be getting along early with Stiorra and Vandelight leading the charge. MISS ADAMAS (2) has been frustrating for connections, racking up nine placings from 15 starts. Closed well but never looked likely last start over 1200m at the Beaumont track. Finds a plain race here so today might be the day. TORNADO EXPRESS (10) is the danger after an eye-catching return 19 days ago over this distance at Taree, eating up the ground late to grab second. Probably goes back again from a tricky gate but could easily finish over the top of them. TAKEMINE (5) made it three minor placings on the trot when she boxed on fairly for third over 1195m at Grafton last time out. Becoming expensive for followers but cannot be ruled out. BOWIE'S PROPHET (8) failed first-up over this distance at Scone. Might be worth throwing in with the blinkers added for the first time. VANDELIGHT (6) next best but a top four hope only. SUGGESTED PLAY: Miss Adamas to finally break through.
