Genuine tempo from Meisho Gishi O leading Kikuno Cruijff. LA LA TERROIR (10) was in a different class last time with a dominant all-the-way win by 5 lengths at this track over 1400m. Now that the penny has dropped, he can go right on with the job. MEISHO GISHI O (6) held on well to finish second last time out over 1400m at this track after leading for much of the way. Expected to measure up again. TRISTRAM (1) is struggling to recapture the good form from his last campaign, missing the frame at his last few runs. Record at this journey is sound with three wins and could find best this time. MEISHO YOHO (5) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when sixth over 1400m at this track. Stick with him for all combination wagers.
