Plenty of speed runners engaged, with Pacific Charm, Baby Twins and Santino prominent. FILIAL DRAGON (2) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second on turf over 1200m. Should settle just off the speed despite the sticky draw. Well placed this line-up and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. The consistent GOLDEN BROWN (3) wound up strongly last time out to finish half a length adrift in second over this course and distance. Drawn to enjoy the gun run and he is sure to play a big role. WAR STAR (1) continues to race well, winning thee on the bounce before finishing half a length away in third last time over 1000m at this track. Jockey Seow, who has scored on him three times, retains the mount. Capable of running another bold race. COLONEL SON (4) saluted two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when fourth over 1200m at this track, beaten 0.7 lengths. Best figures measure up so deserves another chance.
