ERIKA FONTAINE (11) was well fancied when resuming last start over 1400m at this track when 12th, beaten 20 lengths. Masatoshi Yamamoto who has scored on her two times retains the mount. Expecting a bold showing. FINE DAY (3) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 11 lengths over 1400m at this track. Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is right in contention. M ONE PIKO (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.75 lengths from the winner in second over 1400m at this track. No surprise to see her in the frame.
