Genuine pace with Take The Prize finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. STUPENDOUS (6) broke through for an overdue but well-deserved win at Kyneton nearly 3 weeks ago and is perfectly placed to take the next step immediately with the benefit of a 3kg claim which takes her weight right down to 55kg. She has the scope to go right on with the job. TAKE THE PRIZE (2) was back in winning form with the blinkers back on last time out in a soft field at Wycheproof 9 days ago. She usually puts herself right on the early pace and should be in the finish again. BAREFOOT TORA (5) is resuming from a spell at a suitable level. She has only been lightly tried and will be a lot stronger this season. She comes to hand quickly and can figure in the finish. LEGACY ROSE (1) is next in line. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stupendous to win.
