GOING:

STRATTON EARTHWORKS & DRAINAGE PACE (SKY 2) 2160m

Track: GOOD

SIGNATURE LOOK (2) scored by 18 metres at Globe Derby Park over 1800m last start at his first run back from a spell. Likely to get all the favours from this nice draw. Facing a tougher assignment but he is fitter and good enough to cope. ROYAL WATCH (5) was responsible for a very good effort last time over 1800m at Globe Derby Park, finishing second and just 1.5 metres from the winner. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. ROAD STAR (3) is looming as a real threat after a better effort last start, finishing second at Globe Derby Park over 1800m. LINXX (4) is worth plenty of thought off a last-start win by 1.1 metres at Gawler over 2070m.
