Prince Sonic will apply plenty of early pressure over the sprint journey. PRINCE SONIC (3) is a lightly tried local gelding who is unbeaten in both of his starts on this track. He ran out of condition late when resuming at Hamilton a month ago and will be spot-on for his second-up assignment. He is good enough to win this and go right on with the job this season. TEQUILA STORM (5) is a durable local 7-year-old mare who has not been over-taxed with only 13 starts to her credit. Both of her career wins have come fresh up, including 1 on this track, and she can give this a shake. BOONIE (2) is only having his second start for a new trainer and will find this easier than his last run at The Valley, Each way. SUNBURNT (4) is resuming from a spell and is capable of a top 3 finish, especially if there is any money for her. SUGGESTED PLAY: Prince Sonic each way.
