Small field that lacks a pacemaker so a modest tempo is likely. IT'S A YES (3) is resuming from a spell as a gelding and has a home track advantage. He will find this easier than his only start as a juvenile at Caulfield and from a handy gate, he should be among the hardest to beat. The market will be a good guide in this field. RUBIQUITY (4) showed some potential in a couple of starts earlier in the season before being gelded and put aside for a short spell. He won a recent trial and as always, horses that are trained on this track will always be worth keeping an eye on. Can win. FINNISH GIRL (6) caught the eye with a let finish for third at Mortlake when resuming 9 days ago and will be better for it. She could settle a touch closer this time and another honest effort can be expected. SUGGESTED PLAY: Rubiquity each way.
