Genuine tempo with the speedy Grand Stardom and Via Vegas matching motors. VIA VEGAS (7) showed plenty of pace fresh up when setting the pace here nearly 2 weeks ago and he only weakened late that day, finishing fourth. He strips fitter and could even lead from a wider gate here as well. Hard to beat. MISS LOTTIE (10) sat outside the top pick last start and just battled home, finishing seventh. She was runner-up at Tatura when resuming and will be hoping to race on the pace again in this. She will be peaking third up and is capable of a top 3 finish. THE THIRD WISH (14) is another of the more favoured runners that has a wide draw so it will be interesting to see how the race maps out early on. This mare is fit and racing well. Stick with her in a very open contest. REDFERN (5) is resuming from a spell and is capable of a first four finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Via Vegas each way.
