SHAKE A LEG (9) hasn't had a lot go his way since he placed at Rangiora when resuming. Draws wide so may be relying on luck again but this looks winnable if it comes his way. FRANCO ELVIS (4) produced a strong performance last time when he battled on bravely for third over 2600m, his second placing from his last four outings at this venue. Could take care of this line-up. KALATRA (2) draws well and should be fitter for a nice resuming effort here a week ago. SHAPELY (6) deserves respect after breaking the maiden here two back and clocking in second from this barrier last week.
