NUM TIME COMMENT
1 05:23 2CONSTRUCT TROT 1720m
NIGHT WHISPERER (6) looks close to a win following back-to-back placings, last time beaten 6m into third at Bendigo in this same grade. Draws a couple of spots wider but is proven at this circuit and distance so could strike. DESERT ASSASSIN (8) is another that has hoof on the till having featured in the top three in the last two outings. Beaten only 1.5m when runner-up here two back and was close-up again last time at Cranbourne. Draws for a nice trail. Big chance. NOBLE COUNT (4) was brave last start when he raced parked but dug deep to miss by just a nose at Ballarat. Draws a couple of spots closer to the pegs so could go one better. RILEYS PEGASUS (11) has been let down by manners in both outings since a fresh win but is capable when on his game. A good draw brings MY HIGH PEAK (3) into calculations.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
2 06:00 HIP POCKET CASTLEMAINE PACE 1720m
SNAZOLA (9) did a good job last start to come from a wide barrier and score by 3 metres at Ballarat. Draws on the back line but this looks another suitable assignment. Big chance if things go her way. PICKLE IT (1) has been competitive from this same draw of late including a second two back at Geelong where he led and boxed on. Solid again last time at this venue so can give a sight. BLUE OCEAN (5) is racing well having placed in two of three starts since a Bendigo win. Draws a couple of spots wider than last time but that effort was good when beaten only 1.5m into second. Contender. TEX GOES BANG (6) is in the mix following a respectable third from the back row at his most recent appearance at Bendigo.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
3 06:29 IRT CRANBOURNE 10000 PACE (1ST HEAT) 2240m
HARLEY LANE (1) comes through the Nutrien series where she placed in a heat before a midfield finish from a tough draw in the final. Went into that series off a Cranbourne win and has the gate speed to take advantage of the ace draw. PICK UP ELVIS (5) looks promising having scored easily when resuming at Ballarat. That was just his second start so has plenty of upside. ATA RANGI (7) draws wide but is racing well with a string of top-three finishes including a win here two back. GALAXY LASS (10) will be fitter for the last outing and had been solid behind some subsequent Group winners prior.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
4 07:03 HERTZ MELTON PACE 1720m
BULLETPROOF KID (10) had been racing well with a string of placings before delivering a well-deserved win at Cranbourne last start, leading to get home by 1.4m. Cops a tougher draw on the back row but is racing well enough to overcome that. DANCINGONSTARLIGHT (5) came from a similar draw to this when scoring in her latest outing at Cranbourne, getting home by 5m. Big chance to back that up. BETTES BLUE VIOLET (3) made an encouraging return after five months when coming from wider for a 3m third at Ballarat. Proven second-up and draws well so can progress. BREATHE EASY (4) was far from disgraced after racing three wide without cover last start and has claims after coming from a wider draw to place here two back. UP AND ABOUT (8) hasn't been far away in two outruns since a spell and is building fitness.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
5 07:39 LOGICAL STAFFING SOLUTIONS TROT 1720m
WALLIS (10) came from this row when he scored by 5.3 metres at Echuca last time, his third success from his last five outings. May be relying on some luck from this draw but the form is tough to knock. COL DU GRANON (5) was solid when he came from a similar barrier to this and finished fourth last start at Bendigo. Had looked close to a win when runner-up in two of his previous three starts. Can be right in the finish. AGAINST THE BRIDLE (11) draws wider but is in contention after scoring from this row last start by more than 9 metres at Bendigo. OFF YOUR FACESKI (7) cops a wide barrier but is going well placings in the last two outings so respect.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
6 08:13 PRYDES EASIFEED TROT 1720m
BEAUTIFUL SUNRISE (12) was let down by manners when a hot favourite last time but was racing well prior, getting close two back at Ballarat to follow a Bendigo win. Draws wide on the back row but is proven at this circuit and distance. Can win if she gets it right. FLING IT RAINBOW (5) is working up to a win. Was in the money two starts ago then missed by just a head when runner-up last week at Stawell. Chance to grab a well-deserved win. CHARLIE WALKER (8) hasn't been far away at his last couple and recorded a string of placings prior. Go well. MAGIC LAW (7) was fourth as favourite last time but placed in her other two starts this time in. Worth thought.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
7 08:47 NEVELE R STUD PACE 1720m
Overlook the latest result of REIGN EM IN (5) when he copped a check and broke. Was racing very well prior with two wins and a nose second from the previous three starts. Strong claims. NEON TIGER (4) produced a strong performance last time when he battled on bravely to just miss out by a head at Ballarat and was a winner at that venue earlier in the month. Major player. INEXORABLE (8) draws for a trail and is in the mix having recorded a string of top-four finishes since scoring last month at Cranbourne. LITTLEBLABBAMOUTH (2) must be considered after she finished a close second from this barrier last start at Bendigo.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
8 09:21 LIFESTYLE DEANSIDE PACE 1200m
BLISSFULL LILLY (10) draws wide but has been racing well of late. Led and fought on well for second two back at Geelong then finished only 4.6 metres away at her latest appearance at Ballarat. If things go her way she can find her winning ways. ALLHEARTNOHEIGHT (5) hasn't been far from the placings of late, beaten just over 5m into fourth at her latest appearance at Shepparton. Contender. RIVER PATROL (3) has been coming from wider or second row barriers of late so can improve from this draw. VERY TEMPTING (7) returns to the front row and is in the mix with his A-game.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
9 09:55 BENSTUD STANDARDBREDS 2YO MAIDEN PACE 1720m
QUATRO MOTH (1) is a daughter of Rock N Roll Heaven making her debut for the powerhouse Emma Stewart yard. Edged out narrowly when runner-up in her latest trial at Melton and the ace draw gives her the chance to kick off her career with a win. ROMEO (4) enjoys a class drop from the Nutrien Equine Classic series where he placed in a heat on debut before finishing down the track in the final. This is a much more suitable assignment. EYENEEDTHAT (2) started a hot favourite on debut but lost his chance when he was checked and broke early on. Draws well so could feature. DUSTY PHILTRA (3) next best.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
10 10:28 MIMOSA HOMES 2YO MAIDEN TROT 1720m
ELLE PERFECTO (4) was a brave second after racing parked on debut then copped interference and broke here last time. Looks to have some ability so has winning claims with better fortune. HEAVENLY GLOW (1) lines up for the first time. By Rock N Roll Heaven and hails from the Abela stable. Aided by the ace draw and was a minor placegetter in her last two trials so should be ready to go. ARGYLE MUSE (6) was well beaten last time but didn't have a lot of luck. Had placed on debut prior so is worth another chance. JAYS ALL THAT (2) should have no excuses from this draw and looks to have some ability based on a recent trial win. Keep safe.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
