Moto San should lead but there are a few other speedy types who can keep him honest. MI TIERRA (6) scored by a neck over 1400m at this track when resuming from a spell last start. Toshio Uchida who has three wins when partnering stays on. Best form puts her right in this. CLOSE YOUR EYES (8) pushed forward from a wide draw when fresh from a spell last time out and was prominent for a long way before fading to finish fourth over 1500m at this track. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish. MOTO SAN (4) improved last time out, finishing third at the end of 1600m at Kawasaki. Can go well here. NARISA (9) had been in sound form but last start she was safely held when 11th over 1400m at this track. Today's rider Retsu Oikawa has a decent record aboard this four-year-old filly so she can improve sharply.
