The ear muffs seem to have done the trick and he should be involved at the finish. GRAND BAY (11) fought hard for his last victory here over this trip. He is up in that weight for that victory and meets a similar line-up this afternoon. He is one of the leading contenders in an even lineup. GUARDING THE WALL (9) finished sixth and not too far behind the second pick in the race referred to above. He is 2.5kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish. OLIVER (1) has finished second in his last three starts. It must be noted that multiple horses from his last form line have come out and won since. He gets a change of headgear this afternoon which may do the trick. Stick with him.
