Moderate tempo headed by Young Horizon, Golden Rise and Soaring Bronco. WINNING GOLD (3) hacked up over this course and distance last time out, winning by 2.8L in a very impressive victory. He does rise in weight, but he should get a similar run in transit and he beat some of his rivals in this event last start. Looks set to repeat the dose. YOUNG HORIZON (14) jumped favourite in the race that Winning Gold won last start, beaten 3.5L on the line. He's trialled well since then and he meets the top pick better at the weights this time. Better than he showed last time out and can bounce back to winning ways. GOLDEN RISE (5) is better than he showed last time out and can improve getting back out to this trip. He jumped favourite in a similar event two starts ago and drops in weight today. Purton takes the ride again and a return to his best would see him go very close to winning. LUCKY GOLD (4) ran over the top to win comfortably last time out and has winning claims again.
