GIDGEE GUY (1) performed above expectations when a surprise neck winner over 1150m at Beaumont (Newcastle) on March 25. Gets in light with the claim and watch for him late. DAWN COUNTY (4) finished third at Coonamble two runs back before failing to get into the contest when eighth over 1600m at Warwick in BM72 company on April 1. Can return to form in this class.
